Player Review
Matthew Mercado was solid at the Rising Seniors Camp on July 15-16 in Los Angeles. Strong Long Snapper that is built well with a burly frame. Starting form is good and has excellent follow through. Slow motion drills will help a ton to get Mercado's legs fully involved to gain more overall speed on the ball. He is built so well that once his butt and legs are involved, he will crush the punter with his power and speed. Very coachable Long Snapper with good upside. Consistency of speed is what I will be looking for from Mercado in CA this fall and at VEGAS in January.
