Ace Thayer

Thayer showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. His balance is good and he is using his whole body well. As he continues to grow, Thayer will need to continue to widen out so he doesn't hit his left elbow on his knee as this will slow down his ball and play with his accuracy. Also, not winding up and making sure he is just letting the ball fly out of his hands will speed up the snap. The baby hitch will give a cue for the defender and the timer. Form is good...just needs to trust it by the time we get to VEGAS 30 in May. Good attitude.
